There is no consultation fee, no hourly rate, no retainer, and no invoice at the end. Everhaven does not bill families for any part of the process — including the initial conversation, the shortlist, tours, contract review, or follow-up after move-in.
When a family we've introduced to a community moves in, that community pays Everhaven a referral fee. This is the standard compensation model across the senior placement industry, and it is how we're able to offer our services at no cost to you.
Importantly, this fee is paid out of the community's own marketing budget. It does not increase your monthly rate, and you would not pay less by approaching the community directly.

Memory care is a secure setting designed specifically for people living with Alzheimer's or another form of dementia, with staff trained in dementia care, structured daily routines, and safeguards against wandering.
Most assisted living and memory care is paid privately — using retirement income, pensions, Social Security, investment accounts, or savings.
Long-term care insurance may cover part or all of the cost depending on the policy.
